NFL Players Take MMA Workouts To The Field

MMA Workouts

MMA Workouts With Jay Glazer

We are a week away from the Start of the 2011 NFL season and it is amazing to see how certain NFL players have taken what they have learned during their MMA Workouts and brought it to the field.

In case you hadn’t noticed, players who were locked out of the NFL were not allowed to train with their teams or in their NFL facilities.  This made it incredibly hard to not only stay in shape, but to gain a competitive advantage physically, in order to secure a spot on a roster.  At the NFL level every player is good and the difference between a job and getting cut can come down to practice and preparation.  If the players are locked out, then they must take it upon themselves to train and prepare.

Even before the lockout Jay Glazer had been training NFL players in order to get this competitive advantage in ways they never may have even dreamed about.  Namely through MMA Workouts.  Mixed Martial Arts may seem a world a way from the NFL but there are many similarities including extreme physical challenges and mental battles between combatants. In reality it is much more complicated than that but the real advantage an NFL player can get from their MMA Workouts to develop the mindset of a warrior.

Neither MMA nor Football is for the faint of heart but the players who spent this off season training with Jay Glazer may be the first to admit that football is a cake walk compared to the intensive mma workouts they were put through.  But they will all say that it was worth it because each looks great on the field this preseason.  Even though the training was intense, in many regards it was much more low impact than traditional offseason workouts.

Although each player went through slightly different routines according to their specific needs and positions, their strength, speed and agility were developed without weightlifting and sprints.  There was plenty of contact but for the most part their was little stress on the joints and connective tissues which are often injured during OTA’s and team conditioning.  So the mma workouts still allow a player effectively heal from the previous season while getting in shape for the upcoming one.

Many NFL teams are incorporating some these techniques into their existing programs because they are seeing just how they have been for some of their players who trained with Glazer.  Among them are Super Bowl Champion Clay Matthews,  Buffalo Bills Shawne Merriman and Kirk Morrison, New England Patriot Jarrad Page, Minnesota Vikings Center Jon Cooper, Jacksonville Jaguar Marcedes Lewis and even newly signed Dolphins free agent Reggie Bush.

These are some pretty big named NFL players and several were looking for new deals for the 2011 season.  With so much on the line it is safe to assume that these Pros would not be wasting their time doing MMA workouts if they did not help them on the playing field.  We can all take a lesson from these guys who all get paid to perform at the highest level and incorporate MMA Workouts into our own fitness programs.

Warrior Will Launch MMA Workouts

The movie Warrior will launch a frenzy of MMA Workouts. It will probably do for UFC exactly what Rocky did for boxing workouts back in 1975. I remember running out of the theater air punching and with a day I was downing raw eggs and dreaming of stepping into the ring. I doubt Warrior will garner any movie awards but the story will get the audience’s juices flowing.

From the same producers as Miracle, Warrior pits brother against brother in the finals of an MMA tournament for the world championship. There is plenty of drama and side stories which will leave the audience rooting for them both in what will go down as a great family film and an even better sports movie.

It is the first time a major motion picture has taken such a close look at what it takes to be an MMA fighter and it is certainly a risk to assume that a wide audience will be able to identify with the challenges of the sport. But no other sport on the planet is growing in popularity as quickly as Mixed Martial Arts and there are a slew of niche industries sprouting up in its shadow.

The fastest growing segment of brick and mortar gyms around the country are dedicated to MMA workouts for both fighters, and the general public. The UFC has proven to appeal to more young fighters in the last decade than boxing. The fact that so many styles can be used by fighters to compete at the highest levels my be part of it. Boxing has long been considered an inner city pursuit and few successful fighter producing are found outside the big city. But MMA fighters come from Karate, Wrestling and other backgrounds which are taught in every strip mall around the nation and have become as normal for kids to participate in as soccer or little league.

Even the prize fights are far from the level of boxing, fighters are dedicating themselves to MMA in record numbers and seemingly everyone wants to participate. From a fitness standpoint, MMA workouts may been considered nothing more than the latest and greatest fad but the truth is that unlike kickboxing, MMA workouts will have staying power because the programs are not only intense, but amazingly fun.

The great thing about Warrior, with regards to the world of MMA will not only more exposure for the sport but the Hollywood promotion machine is making the rugged MMA workouts fashionable. Although classes are in full swing all around the country, there will a whole slew of fitness buffs seeing MMA in the film and the inspirational film is going to make them want to train. Be on the lookout for new products and fashion coming out to try and cash in on increasing popularity of MMA.

New England Patriot Jarrad Page Credits MMA Workouts

As Jay Glazer’s off season MMA Workouts come to a close to make way for NFL training camp, those of us who have been following for the last few months know what these guys have gone through.

Here is what New England Patriot running back Jarrad Page had to say on his Twitter

Cut my body fat by 6% in only 3 1/2 months of training with @. Wow!!!!!!!! Thanks Jay!!!
@JarradPage44
Jarrad Page

Even though it is the offseason and in this case, a lockout, NFL Players remain in tremendous shape year round.  So for Jarrad Page to take to his twitter and give props to Glazer’s MMA workouts for cutting his body fat, he must have been impressed.

Along with cutting fat, Page was able to gain strength and agility without doing the traditional drills which bog down many players in training camps.  Glazer’s method of bringing guys to their breaking points and then blowing through them a shocking twist to what these guys are used to in the NFL and each of Glazer’s world class students have appreciated this new way to approach training.

MMA Workouts Change How Players Approach Football

These MMA Workouts will help a running back like Page loosen his hips, bring his knees higher when running and explode through holes with newly developed strength.

Training like a fighter puts different demands on a body than training like a football player and these NFL guys now understand how much more fierce MMA training is than football.  This new understanding of how to meld body and mind together to play football like a fighter will serve Page and his fellow students well as they hit camp and prepare for a long season ahead.

Look for Jarrod and the others to be in the best shape of their careers and don’t be surprised if they all have break out years.

MMA Workouts

MMA Workouts For NFL

NFL Players Clay Matthews & Marcedes Lewis Choose MMA Workouts

NFL Players are turning to MMA Workouts in the off season to help elevate their game.  But, while these players use MMA Workouts for their own advantages, so too should you?  Let these guys serve as examples of what is new and exciting in fitness.  For if athletes with money and career on the line are turning to Mixed Martial Arts, then perhaps the average fitness enthusiast should as well.

But while increased speed, punching power and kicking power may translate well to the skills needed for athletes to compete on the field, how do these skills translate to us in our every day lives.  The answer is the same as any other form of exercise.  It adds to our health, and in the case of MMA, it will be both physically and mentally.

Really good MMA Workouts will consist of various pieces from many disciplines.  Judo, Karate, Kung Fu, Tae Kwan Do and Muay Thai are all well represented.  Sprinkle in some cardio and resistance training and you have one of the most complete full body workout programs imaginable.  One of the best benefits is that MMA Workouts are just now being presented to the public as an exercise alternative and have mass appeal because they are different and exciting.

Further, MMA Workouts, believe it or not, are very low impact.  I know that sounds strange that Mixed Martial Arts can be low impact but it’s true.  If you are not training to step into the ring, the best methods for speed and strength training can be utilized in an awesome program requiring absolutely no weightlifting or joint stress.  Even the NFL Players who have featured as the train with Jay Glazer are taking a break from the punishment in order to learn to dish out more.

Strange as it may seem, the MMA Workouts specially designed by Glazer serve to strengthen the body and create increased speed and flexibility using the tried and tested methods Martial Artists have used for centuries.  Most football players are used to months and months of weightlifting in the gym during their off season in order to bulk up for the long season ahead.

In these MMA Workouts each player’s program is tailored to developing the skill they need most to perform at a higher level than their competition.  For example, a running back needs to increase the flexibility in their legs so they can lift their knees higher, change direction and explode through a hole.  A lineman needs to open up their hips and create leverage as they explode of the line with power.  A linebacker needs to develop hand strength and strong evasive moves while being able to inflict punishment over a four quarter game.

MMA Workouts are able to help these players reach these goals without putting undue stress on their body parts which take such a beating over the course of a long season.  Changing from a traditional football workout to an MMA Workout allows the player to train in a completely new way and transform his body without throwing hundreds of pounds on a barbel and running sprints.

As hard as the exercise programs may be they really help rejuvenate these players over the off season and become part of a new healthier training regiment.  These same principles can be applied to normal folks as well who are interested new and exciting programs that will challenge the mind and shape the body.  There are several gyms around the country offering MMA Workouts and some exceptional products for home use like Jay Glazer’s Perfect Punch.

We spend so much time in America emulating our sports heroes so it is time to take a que from some of the toughest NFL players out there and incorporate MMA Workouts into our fitness regiments.

MMA Workouts In Mt. Pleasant Michigan

MMA WorkoutsOne of the things we like to do when talking about MMA Workouts around here is to point out places around the country offering MMA Workouts at there gyms whether it is for fight training or just fun classes for fitness buffs.

Today we focus on Daniel Lenhart  who has been studying martial arts since the age of 4.  Lenhart now owns a new MMA Gym in Mt Pleasant, Michigan.

Lenhart was a Pride fighter in Florida, signed up for the Military and ultimately moved back to Michigan with his wife and purchased a home in Lake Isabella.  Unfortunately Lenhart was injured when an IED exploded causing damage to his back and head.  But, he never lost that playful spirit.  After witnessing this spirit Lenhart’s wife suggested he teach Martial Arts.

She happens to be a fitness instructor in Mt. Pleasant and was able some matt time at Morey Courts.  It only took a few months before Lenhart had about 15 students and was looking for some space of his own.  As a result Unleashed Fitness was opened.

At first, Lenhart’s idea was simply to have a MMA gym. But, the space he leased was so large at nearly 2500 sq feet that he brought in a partner to specialize in weight training.
In addition to the MMA Workouts and weight training, Lenhart also uses the huge field behind the facility for cardio training with his fighters.

He says, “I tear my guys up pretty good,” he said. “They were beating the tire so bad they beat a hole in it, I got some studs in class.”

One the  studs happens to be a  former Central Michigan University standout wrestler Raylen Davis.  He’s hoping to parlee his wrestling experience into MMA.

Davis plans to take advantage of all Unleashed Fitness has to offer as he pushes to become a professional fighter. Davis seems to have a real appreciation for  Lenhart’s coaching style.  He is pretty much a UFC Personal Trainer but understands that ultimately a fighter has to rely on themselves in the ring.

Everyone who wants to try MMA Workouts is invited to join Unleashed Fitness.  Lenhart is will help train anyone regardless if they are a fighter or just an enthusiastic fitness buff.  Right now the staff consists of Lenhart, a boxing coach and a weight trainer who are all available to the members.
For just the MMA Workouts, it is going to cost $50 a month, which includes all classes that are combat sports; boxing and jujitsu are both included.  A regular gym membership costs only $30 a mo.

Unleashed Fitness is just one example of how MMA Workouts are gaining popularity around the country.  If you are in around Mt. Pleasant, stop in check them out and don’t forget to bring your Perfect Punch.

UFC Personal Trainer MMA Workouts

MMA Workouts UFC Personal TrainerAt this point it’s plainly obvious that MMA Workouts are quickly becoming popular in the fitness world but MMA Workouts are also gaining popularity in the gaming world.
With the release of UFC Personal Trainer, MMA Workouts entered the homes all over America through the Xbox Kinect and PlayStation game systems.  This helps bring a new audience to this type of fitness training who may have not yet heard of things like Jay Glazer’s Perfect Punch.

A big proponent of the UFC Personal Trainer, who happens to be featured in it is UFC star Urijah Faber.  Faber pointed out that the game showcases much of what real fighters do during their MMA Workouts including sparring, grappling, bag work and glove work.  The game has an authentic look and feel and allows people to try an MMA style workout without having to get into the ring with an actual opponent.

Faber says he enjoys the three-bag workout because it simulates shadow boxing which is emphasized in real MMA Workouts.  He adds that there is a visual effect on hitting and aiming and combinations that doesn’t require you to damage hands by hitting the bags.  This is a main focus of the Perfect Punch as well and why fighters like using to help try reduce punishment on their hands and fists.

MMA Workouts in the form of video games will definitely appeal to a wide audience of fitness enthusiasts who never would have thought and MMA Workout could be very low impact.  Faber says “The cool thing is that there are so many different levels and so many possibilities. It works for everyone really, it allows you to dictate how far you can go and is useful for all people to get in because it’s all relative.

It’s good for the mom who wants to get a workout while the kids are at school, it’s good for the kid who wants to become a fighter, it’s good for the gym rat who wants to design his own workout, it truly reaches all types of people,”

Faber goes on to say that the instruction in the game is very accurate and contains techniques from some of the best trainers in the world.  Therefore, it can be used by actual fighters trying to develop their skills for real MMA bouts.

An interesting point Faber brings up which is something the Perfect Punch takes advantage of as well.  It’s the fact that even seasoned fighters may be self conscious when training in a gym and the UFC Personal Trainer can give someone the foundation to feel comfortable before they start training in a gym.  This definitely is a big plus for people looking to experience MMA Workouts for physical fitness and have no interest in being on display while they exercise.

So both UFC Personal Trainer and Jay Glazer’s Perfect Punch are bringing MMA Workouts to the masses and doing so by taking advantage of the huge home fitness market.  People are always looking for fun new ways to workout.  The fact that both of these provide actual MMA Workouts with a crossover cardio workout, and can be done by anyone at any skill level, may help to explain why they are in such high demand.

MMA Workouts : ESPN’s Stuart Scott Hits L.A Harder Than We Thought

Stuart Scott stops by True Warrior Fitness For MMA Workouts With Jay Glazer

It’s undeniable that MMA Workouts are the hottest thing going in fitness right now but this is not just some craze, it’s the real deal.  The proof might just be who is doing MMA Workouts and why.   We have not been shy about following the exploits of Jay Glazer as he whips professional athletes into shape but his stable of trainees keeps getting more and more interesting.

Today Stuart Scott visited Jay at True Warrior Fitness and took part in his famed MMA Workouts.  This was not a class where any Tom, Dick and Harry can come off the street and throw a few punches.  This was one of Jay Glazer’s brutal sessions with the Pro’s. and in True Warrior Fitness Tradition, so special treatment when you walk in the door. You even have to clean up your own blood.

MMA Workouts Sturat Scot and Tyron Woodley

MMA Workouts with Stuart Scott & Tyron Woodly

So When Stuart Scott wanders in to train with his boys you would expect that a serious eye injury at Jets camp some year back and his current cancer situation that Glazer might be a nice guy and go a little easy on his fellow anchorman.   I know they are friends but Glazer doesn’t know how to hold back and is sure to push his athletes beyond their breaking points and then really get going.

So my love for Stuart Scott goes back to WESH NBC days in Orlando/Daytona  back from 93 to 95 and I have followed him ever since. but he wouldn’t be my first choice to join this fight.  However, I would have picked him to do the awesome play by play because that room was filled with studs.

Scott trained with Tyron T-Wood Woodly while he spend some quality time getting smashed around by NFL Players Shawne Merriman and Kirk Morrison.  Further, Scott isn’t showing up to get ignored by glaze.  So even if Glazer  pulls out the old easiest MMA Workouts for a guy in recovery, it is still likely more punishment than most athletes could endure.  So the fact that Scott stayed in LA after the ESPYS, then got up early to train with athletes who have contracts on the line showed me a lot, and it is obviously why he gets so much respect from the Athletes he covers.

All of us superfans would have been luck to be a fly on that steamed up smelly wall over at True Warrior Fitness today but chances are we wouldn’t have been smooshed by a fist of Granite.  But seriously, don’t loose sight that these athletes choose to train like warriors during a time they can choose to rest.  Look for Jay’s Athletes to be at the top of their positions this year.  We know Clay Matthews is already there but keep your eyes on Marcedes Lewis down in Jacksonville because with new skill set he is going to be the most productive Tight End in the league this season.  I hope he take Jay along to the Pro Bowl, because if it wasn’t’ for Jay Glazer’s passion ability manage these guys.  Most would quit.

MMA Workouts: Marcel Reece

MMA Workouts Marcel Reece

Raider Marcel Reece MMA Workouts

Here’s another glowing endorsements for MMA Workouts.  Oakland Raider fullback Marcel Reece, has added a serious mixed martial arts workout to his off season exercise regiment.

Since Reece has emerged from competition at training camp last year and ran away with the starting fullback job. He scored four touchdowns, including a 73-yard catch-and-run against Denver on Dec. 19. On more than one occasion, the 6-foot-3, 250-pound bull hurdled defenders. He finished the season with 25 catches for 333 yards and three touchdowns, and 30 rushes for 122 yards and a touchdown.

“It’s helped with my flexibility, my hip movement and my conditioning,” said Reece, who turned 26 on June 23. “It’s a great workout, and I enjoy learning something new every day.”

During the lockout, Reece has been showing up five days a week at Crispim Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy. He does MMA Workouts with different trainers there on his wrestling, boxing, muay thai and abdominal work, sometimes sparring up to 12 three-minute rounds in a session.

“He is such a huge guy,” Crispim said of Reece. “But I can tell why he is a great football player. He is very quick, very competitive, and he is like a sponge. You see the results right away. It’s been like a gift to me to work with such an elite athlete.”

The 5-foot-7 Crispim probably is intense when (if?) he sleeps, and his quick-twitch enthusiasm and big smile belie the fact that he knows he could seriously hurt you. For him, “Better Dayz” just happens to say it all.

“It’s what I always wanted,” he said. “I grew up rough, in Rio. My mom died when I was 3. I was a small kid and I was afraid to go outside. It was very violent on the streets, and I didn’t know if I was coming back when I left every day. A lot of friends I had wound up in jail, and I left home at 15.”

Discovering MMA Workouts

He discovered jiu-jitsu at 16. More than self-defense skills, he learned how to live.

“I found the confidence that I needed,” Crispim said. “It taught me how to stay focused, and I learned to become a better person. I learned that if you do good for people, you get good back.”

Crispim came to the United States in 2003 with three goals: fight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, start a family and have his own academy.

“I got two out of three,” said Crispim, who met his wife at a kickboxing class and now has three children. “And I’m still fighting for the other one.”

Crispim has had two fights in Strikeforce, and the featherweight has a 6-2 record with a fight in August coming up. A fight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, the top mixed martial arts outfit, is still a possibility, Crispim said.

“I am at the top of my game, thanks to all the great friends and students I train with,” he said. “My business plan always came first, that and I understand that my gift was to teach. Now, maybe it’s time to be selfish – to fight. I am 34 but just beginning.”
Always intense

Danny Elias has been studying under Crispim for eight years and says Crispim has the same intensity in the gym, no matter if it’s 7 a.m. on Monday or 7 p.m. on Saturday.

“He is so passionate, he doesn’t mind getting his nose broken,” Elias said.

That was a few weeks ago – the first time Crispim’s nose was broken in 18 years.

“We asked him if he was OK, and he said yeah,” Reece said. “Then, he gets up off the mat and there is blood everywhere.”

Blood and guts – and being the toughest guy on the block – is as much a part of mixed martial arts as it is football.

“I have to find it somewhere without football,” Reece said. “I love the competition, and my favorite thing is learning – using muscles I haven’t used before.”

The first time Reece and Crispim rolled around together on the mat three years ago, Crispim choked Reece out in what was figuratively and literally an eye-opening experience for Reece. Watch him now, and Reece looks comfortable exchanging punches on his feet, or getting on the ground, slipping in and out of various positions and submitting sparring partners himself.

Future MMA Workouts?

Reece plans to test for jiu-jitsu belts someday, but not right now as he quits the grappling cold turkey during football season. “I am plenty sore Monday through Friday as it is, thanks,” he said.

Elias, who helps Reece with his MMA Workouts, says jiu-jitsu has a way of making friends with its disciples for life. Besides teaching Reece body control and agility and improving his endurance, it’s also sharpening the fullback’s mental strength.

“It’s about bringing your best self to the bout, or to the game of football,” Elias said. “What is your best? And once you get to that level, how do you deal with it and maintain your focus? How do you push yourself in the fourth quarter?”

There’s another question opposing NFL coaches will be asking this fall.

“How does such a big guy have such quickness and endurance?” Crispim said. “It’s like a chess match and he is the biggest, baddest piece. He will submit you to his will. … I love it!”

And with that, teacher and student go back to the mat and someone turns the rap music a little louder.

Reggie Bush Does MMA Workouts With The Perfect Punch

Reggie Bush MMA Workouts

Reggie Bush Does MMA Workouts with Perfect Punch

We all know by now that MMA Workouts are becoming popular in gyms all over the country and we’ve tried to tell you that the Perfect Punch is getting rave reviews, and now once again we have proven it.

Reggie Bush has been the center of a lot of controversy lately, especial on Twitter, but he took to Twitter today talk about his MMA Workouts with Jay Glazer.  More specifically, the Perfect Punch.  He said “The Perfect Punch cord is a beast”.  Now we all knew that already but when an athlete of Reggie Bush caliber comments like that, it gets your attention.

ESPN analysts recently had a conversation suggesting that Bush can no longer coast through Football on talent alone.  In college we was able to but not in the NFL.  The Saints recent draft of a running back has made some speculate that Reggie Bush will not be back with the Saints next year and the once 2nd overall pick in the draft can no longer command the value of such a high pick.

But there is one thing that people are not considering when they follow his tweets or listen to the silly rantings of the couch jockeys at ESPN.  Reggie Bush is training harder than most NFL players ever have.  MMA Workouts are not easy and if you have followed players like Clay Matthews, Keith Rivers, DeMarco Murray and many others they all comment on how tough MMA Workouts and how much harder they are than standard NFL Workouts.

Training with Jay Glazer is not a walk in the park and the NFL players who enter the cage quickly find out how brutal MMA Workouts can be.  Glazer trains each athlete differently and Reggie Bush does the Running Back workout which emphasis loosening of the hips, speed and increase power to hit the holes.  Clay Matthews, for example, does an entirely different workout targeting the upper body so he can smack offensive lineman out of the way.  Both MMA workouts are complete body workouts but running backs need to lift their knees higher than linebackers and lineman so Jay Glazer caters MMA Workouts to the position of the student.

The point here is that Reggie Bush is taking on an enormous challenge to train MMA style and transform his body for success on the Football field.  It shows tremendous dedication to his craft and would never be attempted by athletes who are just attempting to coast along in the NFL.  So look for Bush to be blowing up linebackers this season wherever he ends up but if watching his MMA Workouts with Glazer are any indication, he will put up career numbers in 2012.

If you want to exercise just like Reggie Bush and do MMA Workouts at home, you can get Jay Glazer’s Perfect Punch and follow along with his total body workout DVD.  The perfect punchis literally one of the best MMA Workouts on the market.

MMA Workouts on MMAthletics

MMA Workouts are quickly crossing over to be the fitness choice of both fighters, and non-fighters, alike.  Even bigger than the kickboxing fitness craze of the late 90′s, MMA Workouts are here to stay and here is why.  Modern MMA workouts at home or at the gym are plain and simply the real deal.  We would all love the physique of a fighter but there is more at work here than just a fad.

Before his Super Bowl Season with the Green Bay Packers, Clay Matthews enlisted the help of FOX Sports NFL Insider, and professional trainer, Jay Glazer to help him gain a competitive advantage over the offensive players lining up against him on Sundays.  Matthews was not the first to seek out the aid of MMA Workouts but his success is a perfect example of how anything you do in MMA workouts translates to the football field.  I’m sure when you watch the video below you will understand how MMA Workouts can benefit you.

In case you are a reader and not a watcher, I’ve included a transcript of the this weeks episode of MMAthletics below.

It caught up with his son Ryan and our first installment of open guard. He feel the pressure following in his father’s footsteps.

Relief and.

Okay.

I’m — to tour to no professional mixed martial artists.

I guess a lot actually what it was like today to throw up. I was ready to do it my dad and really for most of my life my childhood anyway it was pretty much like any other kids. You just wrestling at that point to you know as I got older and a high school in the sport started take off and is competing on more than a minute I’m. Move away from his wrestling background. You know and then people started you know who was.

Take an interest in fact it was my dad all sorts of goofy questions. Especially early on. And before people really got another sport has been that way of life as guys at the.

There’s no rules at all and I nonsense he’s always even as a little kid before if — playing in my idol my role models so.

And I think he’s been an awfully good ones is a great example the following.

People I’d rather –

Think there — a lot of expectations of being replaced on the day you know carry on the family name and about his legacy.

That’s just not type of pressure I’ve ever put on myself facts and then be unrealistic odds with — everything he’s accomplished.

To expect to even halfway about that I wouldn’t feel so I’m working very hard to be legitimate athlete. Normally invites and and do what I needed to and pass the tests — in front of me and you know I added at the end of the day in the last name doesn’t wanna — since I’m working — for the.

People I was wondering actually if if he pushed me towards a man and a fun competing because of any pressure on myself from him. Person to do you really just — left — Obviously watching him. Sports through that I became very big fan.

Had that interest them.

I was about 25 when I first I think it’s too.

Really just got to be a hobby at that point. They might someday if I. Why got into the training the more I knew that I definitely had just feels good to compete at least get their shots but still I’m really excited career options. Once I got to the stage for the first time. Competition I was.

Hopefully there’s. While ago and rustling. — don’t feel bad but it’s. This thing no way on some things about him these — things out but it got a much different style and I. — Lotta people are very surprised when — fight and I’m not. Clincher and very boxer. I’ve — I’m not — Obama might take down them perfectly comfortable right now.

I I kind of wish I did have that thirty years. That’s when things to drive and make my life a lot easier. Innocent Madonna had to find what works for me and — play that’s in my estimation like –

He’s developed his own hands. Is excited it’s going to be — as far as being coach or trainer. The resource and.

Really left it to me to come to him any advice –

Rather than step in and it is essentially over stepping in and stepped on my toes so I definitely appreciate his approach that has and always there.

And I never have any hesitation to –

But I never feel like he’s you know give — land and meddling what I wanna do. He’s really let me sort of choose.

I think that they had a work right now I’d be staying out of the way he comes to me I’m more than happy to be part of it. I have cornered in a couple times that. I’m never sort headquarters man on his head cheerleader.

Despite the fact that he’s pushing fifty that’s still a tough customer that pretty much allow myself years ago of the fact that I never — Olympic of that so. As we have been working in the.

So what does all this mean regarding what I said at the beginning of this post regarding MMA Workouts?  Well, if you look at the shape Randy Couture is in nearing 50 and you ask yourself why so many NFL players are looking to MMA workouts to excel on the football field, then you might surmise that these MMA Workouts are something we can all benefit from.
